After 24 years old,
this is the Ist time i had made such decision
Dye my hair + treatment

tiring look after work...@@

Copper colour is the darkest colour i guess
so it's a good try for me.
By the way, i decided to cut my hair for 4 inch long and i made it

The most expensive facial treatment that i had ever had
XPL treatment in Spore is EXTREMELY expensive
but,
worth it. ^_^
(once a year shouldn't be any problem =P)

It's time for me to update my new life at here.

As I mentioned before,

Im a lucky girL,

Finally i work in a local Spore company as a customer service officer.

everyday i met different types of people,

most of them are demanding

well,

that's normal as a consumer

however,

day after day

my job scope n responsibility expanded

i started to have stress

anyway,

stress should be a motivation for me to me towards better performance

i came across an article which written by a Singaporean
regarding about Singapore girls
in the article he did mentioned about...

Singapore Girls once set a Five C Criteria for choosing their future husband,
Car, Condominium, Career, Cash and Credit Card.

Later they manage to upgrade it to Five B,
BMW, Bungalow, Bachelor Degree, Billionaire and Body.

Now I guess they have again upgraded it to Five M,
Mercedes, Manson, Master Degree, Multi Billionaire and Muscle.

You can really predict that it will be upgraded into Five P in the future
if you think hard enough, Porsche, Palace, PHD, Prince and Physically Fit.

In Singapore,
the definition for Simple Life is having
One Wife,
Two Children,
Three Bedroom Apartment,
Four Wheels Vehicle, and
Five Figure Salary.

This is the Ist week i stay in Singapore..
after sending one week of resume to those media company
on the second day i got the chance to interview at Carat, Singapore
It's such a nice experience for me
however i know i failed.

There's no other way to get myself go into the Media in Singapore
unless i follow their steps quickly
pick up all their skills in short period.
Hopefully I'll still have the chance to work in any other small AD Agency

Almost 2 months I had never upload any news here
What I've done in this passed few months?

After moved back to Kajang,
I get myself a part time job at Cheras
It's just located above my dad's shop.
I act like princess these days

Every morning after I wake up,
my sister will have "room service" for me
she folded the blanket
keep the bed sheet nicely v my dolphin on top,
then prepare clothes for me

pls : I din force her to do anything ya...

810am sharp,
I will have my breakfast v my dad or mum at coffee shop
after that they will fetch me to work
see...
the greatest love from my parents

After I finish work at 6pm,
I go to my dad's shop to help up till 9.30pm
Dinner always come after shop closed
It could be many ppl's supper meal
However, dinner is the most enjoyable moment for me V my family
cuz I can have more time to spent V them

Sometimes, I'll hang out V cK
other than that I'll sleep early V my dolphin
No energy for online..
No mood to do anything
routine life is something I cant accept
It's time to change my life...

那是1998年的六月
聚集在礼堂的一个下午
一个关于爱情观的讲座会上播放的曲子

寻找这首歌已有最少七年了吧
我一直以为那是"郭子"唱的..
还忘了歌名以为是恋爱三部曲
但很开心通过Kian （谢谢咯）
我才知道原来那首歌叫“恋爱症候群”
这首歌对我的影响虽不大

"Six Thinking Hats" is a powerful technique that helps you look at important decisions from a number of different perspectives. It helps you make better decisions by pushing you to move outside your habitual ways of thinking. As such, it helps you understand the full complexity of a decision, and spot issues and opportunities which you might otherwise not notice.

Similarly, pessimists may be excessively defensive, and people used to a very logical approach to problem solving may fail to engage their creativity or listen to their intuition.

If you look at a problem using the Six Thinking Hats technique, then you'll use all of these approaches to develop your best solution. Your decisions and plans will mix ambition, skill in execution, sensitivity, creativity and good contingency planning.

This tool was created by Edward de Bono in his book "6 Thinking Hats".

How to Use the Tool:

To use Six Thinking Hats to improve the quality of your decision-making, look at the decision "wearing" each of the thinking hats in turn.

Each "Thinking Hat" is a different style of thinking. These are explained below:

White Hat:
With this thinking hat, you focus on the data available. Look at the information you have, and see what you can learn from it. Look for gaps in your knowledge, and either try to fill them or take account of them.

This is where you analyze past trends, and try to extrapolate from historical data.
Red Hat:
Wearing the red hat, you look at the decision using intuition, gut reaction, and emotion. Also try to think how other people will react emotionally, and try to understand the intuitive responses of people who do not fully know your reasoning.
Black Hat:
When using black hat thinking, look at things pessimistically, cautiously and defensively. Try to see why ideas and approaches might not work. This is important because it highlights the weak points in a plan or course of action. It allows you to eliminate them, alter your approach, or prepare contingency plans to counter problems that arise.
Black Hat thinking helps to make your plans tougher and more resilient. It can also help you to spot fatal flaws and risks before you embark on a course of action. Black Hat thinking is one of the real benefits of this technique, as many successful people get so used to thinking positively that often they cannot see problems in advance, leaving them under-prepared for difficulties.
Yellow Hat:
The yellow hat helps you to think positively. It is the optimistic viewpoint that helps you to see all the benefits of the decision and the value in it, and spot the opportunities that arise from it. Yellow Hat thinking helps you to keep going when everything looks gloomy and difficult.

Green Hat:
The Green Hat stands for creativity. This is where you can develop creative solutions to a problem. It is a freewheeling way of thinking, in which there is little criticism of ideas. A whole range of creativity tools can help you here.
Blue Hat:
The Blue Hat stands for process control. This is the hat worn by people chairing meetings. When running into difficulties because ideas are running dry, they may direct activity into Green Hat thinking. When contingency plans are needed, they will ask for Black Hat thinking, and so on.

You can use Six Thinking Hats in meetings or on your own. In meetings it has the benefit of defusing the disagreements that can happen when people with different thinking styles discuss the same problem.

A similar approach is to look at problems from the point of view of different professionals (e.g. doctors, architects, sales directors) or different customers.

Example:

The directors of a property company are looking at whether they should construct a new office building. The economy is doing well, and the amount of vacant office space is reducing sharply. As part of their decision they decide to use the 6 Thinking Hats technique during a planning meeting.

Looking at the problem with the White Hat, they analyze the data they have. They examine the trend in vacant office space, which shows a sharp reduction. They anticipate that by the time the office block would be completed, that there will be a severe shortage of office space. Current government projections show steady economic growth for at least the construction period.

With Red Hat thinking, some of the directors think the proposed building looks quite ugly. While it would be highly cost-effective, they worry that people would not like to work in it.

When they think with the Black Hat, they worry that government projections may be wrong. The economy may be about to enter a 'cyclical downturn', in which case the office building may be empty for a long time.

If the building is not attractive, then companies will choose to work in another better-looking building at the same rent.

With the Yellow Hat, however, if the economy holds up and their projections are correct, the company stands to make a great deal of money.

If they are lucky, maybe they could sell the building before the next downturn, or rent to tenants on long-term leases that will last through any recession.

With Green Hat thinking they consider whether they should change the design to make the building more pleasant. Perhaps they could build prestige offices that people would want to rent in any economic climate. Alternatively, maybe they should invest the money in the short term to buy up property at a low cost when a recession comes.

The Blue Hat has been used by the meeting's Chair to move between the different thinking styles. He or she may have needed to keep other members of the team from switching styles, or from criticizing other peoples' points.

Key points:

Six Thinking Hats is a good technique for looking at the effects of a decision from a number of different points of view.

It allows necessary emotion and skepticism to be brought into what would otherwise be purely rational decisions. It opens up the opportunity for creativity within Decision Making. It also helps, for example, persistently pessimistic people to be positive and creative.

Plans developed using the '6 Thinking Hats' technique are sounder and more resilient than would otherwise be the case. This technique may also help you to avoid public relations mistakes, and spot good reasons not to follow a course of action, before you have committed to it.

For those who haven't read anything regarding Thinking Technique exam

here's some quick revision for you ~~*

What is Fallacy?
Fallacy always refer to a statement or an argument on a false or an invalid inference.
(Kingsoft Powerword dictionary)

In other words,
A fallacy is an idea which many people believe to be true, but which is in fact false because it is based on incorrect information or reasoning.
(Collins COBUILD dictionary)

Therefore, there are many types of fallacies:

Ad Hominem
Bad appeals to authority
Drawing the line
Begging the question
Avoiding the question
Red herring
Slippery slope
Strawman
False dilemma
Faking a connection

and more...
However, i may only focus on what lecturer listed in our notes.

Ad Hominem
-means "argument against the man/person".
-is general category of fallacies which a claim or argument is rejected on the basis of some irrelevant fact about the person presenting the claim or argument.
-for example:
Ben: We should tax cigarettes much more heavily.
Mary: I can't believe you just said that. Don't you smoke two packs a day?

Bad Appeals to authority
-means even there is an expert's opinion, however the conclusion of the claim or argument still can go wrong. (but we are often reply upon expert opinion therefore we believe it and we claimed their words is true.)
-There are four major ways in which such claims/arguments can go wrong:

1. An appeal to authority may be inappropriate in a couple of ways.
If a question can be answered by observation or calculation, an argument from authority is not needed.
For example:
-Many self-help books are written every year by self-proclaimed "experts" on matters for which there is no expertise.
-As an English teacher, I must say Mcdonald is better than KFC.

2. The "authority" cited is not an expert on the issue.
Mean the person who supplies the opinion is not an expert all or in an unrelated area.

3. The authority is an expert, but is not disinterested.
That is, the expert is biased towards one side of the issue, and his opinion is untrustworthy.

4. The authority is an expert, his opinion is unrepresentative of expert opinion on the subject.
(the authority was making a joke, drunk, under duress, or otherwise not being serious.)

Drawing the line
-A concept is dismissed as unclear, meaningless, or inapplicable because of the inability draw a line to demarcate the edge of the concept.
-we can't claim that there is a difference between one extreme and the other.
-a claim is made about a concept in which no clear line can be drawn.
-For example: There's no such thing as eating too many cookies. Clearly there's nothing wrong with one cookie. So there must not be anything wrong with two cookies. Since we can't tell exactly when there are too many cookies, there can't ever be too many cookies.

Begging the question
- reasoning in a circle.
-For example: "we must have a death penalty to discourage violent crime"
(this assumes it discourages crime)
-For example: "the stock market fell because of a technical adjustment"
(but is an "adjustment" just a market fall?)
-For example:
Bill: "God must exist."
Jill: "How do you know."
Bill: "Because the bible says so."
Jill: "Why should I believe the Bible?"
Bill: "Because the Bible was written by God."

Avoiding the question
- you avoid to answer/provide your opinion towards a question/claim/argument, therefore you provide an irrelevant answer.
-when we cannot answer the questions, then our position is weaker.
-For example: S: "Why did you do that". Y:"Shouldn't I have done that?"

Red herring
- is a fallacy in which an irrelevant topic is presented in order to divert attention from the original issue. The basic idea is to "win" an argument by leading attention away from the argument and to another topic.
- for example: "argument" on making grad school requirements stricter.
"i think there is great merit in making the requirements stricter for the grads. I recommend you support it, too. After all, we are in a budget crisis and we do not want our salaries affected."

Slippery Slope
-is a fallacy which a person asserts that some event must inevitably follow from another without any argument for the inevitability of the event in question.
-"reasoning" is fallacious because there is no reason to believe that one event must inevitably follow from another without an argument for such a claim.
-for example: "We've got to stop them from banning pornography. Once they start banning, they will never stop. Next thing you know, they will be burning all the books!"

Strawman
-attacking an opponent's weaker argument rather than his strongest.
-"reasoning" is fallacious because attacking a distorted version of a position simply does not constitute an attack on the position itself. One might as well expect an attack on a poor drawing of a person to hurt the person.
-for example:
Bill and Jill are arguing about cleaning out their closets:
Jill: "We should clean out the closets. They are getting a bit messy."
Bill: "Why, we just went through those closets last year. Do we have to clean them out everyday?"
Jill: "I never said anything about cleaning them out every day. You just want too keep all your junk forever, which is just ridiculous."

False Dilemma
-is a fallacy in which a person uses the following pattern of "reasoning"

Either 1+1=4 or 1+1=12.
It is not the case that 1+1=4.
Therefore 1+1=12. -for example: "Look, you are going to have made up your mind. Either you decide that you can afford this stereo, or you decide you are going to do without music for

our destination - Gua Tempurung

Gua Tempurung (Tempurung Cave)
has existed since early 8000 B.C.
and it is one of the larger cave systems
found in the scenic limestone hills of Perak.
In fact, it is the largest natural limestone structure in Peninsular Malaysia.
The cave measures 1.9 km in length and 120 metres in height.

it's such a nice and adventurous trip
